 Lets talk about the role and responsibilities: 


As a senior Experian PowerCurve and Tallyman Dev Lead you will be responsible for



  • Technical Lead/Dev Lead, PowerCurve/Tallyman SME of the project.

  • Driving the Application Development Releases in design and implementation phases.

  • Involved in Application Improvement Projects.

  • Involved in Production Support for P1/P2 incidents and problem management.

  • Maintaining PowerCurve/Tallyman configurations, Java Batch component, Adapter and Control-M Batch coding modules of the project.

  • Guiding and mentoring junior/sr. support team members.

  • Inputs to Project architecture, System analysis and design

  • Development

  • Testing

  • Implementation

  • Production support

  • Development and support of new requirements throughout the SDLC

  • Providing mentoring and guidance to subordinate


 


Lets talk about your qualifications and experience:  


 



  • Strong technical skills in Experian PowerCurve and Tallyman Collections platform

  • In-depth knowledge of collections, concurrency, generics, error handling and persistence frameworks

  • Experience in Experian PowerCurve - programming experience with strategy design studio,

  • customer management design studio for configuring Business rules
    Working knowledge JAVA based products / application

  • Basic scripting knowledge
    Elevated knowledge on complex rules

  • Understand and experience of OOPs programming concepts

  • Knowledge of software design patterns, enterprise integration patterns and software architectures

  • Experience in developing enterprise systems and applications

  • Experience of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery

  • Good understanding of Debt Collections and experience in PowerCurve

  • Good communication and networking skills

  • Strong Banking domain knowledge

  • Knowledge of Program management & Collections platform in Banking
