What we’re doing… PropTrack – part of the REA Group – is a leading provider of property information, analytics and valuation solutions across Australia, helping financial services, real estate, developers, valuation firms, insurance and government bodies to improve their business and customer outcomes. In this role you will support the PropTrack & wider Audience & Marketing team with a diverse range of administrative tasks. You will report to and work closely alongside our Executive Assistant to the Chief Audience & Marketing Officer While no two days are the same, day to day you can expect to: Schedule meetings and coordinate diaries, meeting rooms, teleconferences and catering Support preparation of meeting agendas, take minutes and follow up on actions as required Provide admin support including team communications, PowerPoint presentations, invoice processing, purchase orders, expenses and travel bookings Assist the PropTrack leadership team with planning and management of team activities and events Support the Executive Assistant with team related events including conferences, townhalls, offsites & celebrations Who we’re looking for… To enable success in this role, ideally you will have the following: 1-2 years' experience in a similar administrative / support role The ability to work autonomously, prioritise and work productively in a fast paced, agile environment A proactive self-starter able to scope and deliver on key projects with little or no supervision Ability to look at tricky situations through a solution focused lens Experience in Marketing, or digital media (nice to have) Intermediate skills in MS Office (essential) But we don’t just look for someone based on their skills and expertise.
