Knight Frank Australia are looking for a subject matter expert in delivering outstanding and concise training support. This includes developing and implementing training programs and materials across the client group.
You will have previous experience in systems training as well as being able to clearly communicate the expected outcomes.
Co-ordinate training sessions, supporting equipment and facilities
Review, develop and document training programs (via various mediums) and materials
Review and contribute to pre-existing work instructions, process and procedures
Provide support to all KFA system users and clients, including supporting queries received
Develop and deliver customised training programs for client/ portfolio transitions
Identify improvement opportunities and participate in the development of strategies to advance the products of KFAMS
Who we are looking for?
Degree qualified in Business / Finance (or related)
Active interest in systems and training
Experience in planning and facilitating training programs
Experience in the property industry and/ or accounting systems (preferred, not essential)
Experience in developing e-learning materials
Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills with the ability to engage in both face to face and digital methods of delivery
Strong communication skills
Strong business acumen
