**About the role:**
Marketing Activation Manager executes and leads projects on Marketing related topics applying professional principles, practices, and techniques to lead project teams and control project schedule, cost, and performance risks on go-to-market aspects including Field/Trade, Events, and Campaigns. Working collaboratively with relevant stakeholders, they define the project scope, deliverables, and plan, whilst delivering transparency through reporting and communication and overseeing quality control throughout the project life cycle focused on bringing the brand and business initiatives to life in the ANZ market.
The role will work with Business Marketing executing all program activities including Trade, Events, and Online/Offline Campaign activities underpinned in the business strategy. It will also require a focus on campaign performance management of all activities and 360 reporting of the market.
**Key responsibilities include:**
+ Responsible for formulating implementation and realization of the project/program plan (specification, quality, time, money, information) and development and execution of communication strategy.
+ Leads the program marketing team of Trade and Events Coordinator, Clinical Marketing, and Technical Sales Specialist.
+ Delivering on-time execution of all online and offline campaigns, creation, and activation of all omnichannel activities (TVC, Retail, PR, SEA - e-tailer search, Paid Social - Programmatic - Affiliate - Philips.com pages - CRM emails E-trade content, Events)
+ Lead and activate online and offline campaigns and always-on presence for SRC in the market-defining the brief with the local product marketing team.
+ Lead (leading, consulting, and coaching) to achieve local execution excellence (on Activation Strategy, Analysis, Activation Business planning, Activation Marketing, Activation Activation/media, and e-Commerce) and contribute to the growth of our brand preference and market share.
+ Brief and coordinate all external agencies and/or Philips’s capabilities (e.g. Activation Hub team).
+ Co-create the campaign ecosystem and ensure targets are defined, appropriate, and in line with overall KPIs.
+ Drive analytics to support fact-based decision marketing processes, ongoing optimization, and ROI modeling.
+ Drive online and offline excellence for trade, event, and campaign activation.
+ Develop activation capabilities, practice change management to effectively contribute to driving growth, both in the hub and in your market on Activation marketing topics.
+ Leverage best practices and help to streamline the Activation marketing processes on in your market Strategic Marketing and Execution
+ Be responsible for the overall communication messages for the business to represent the brand and reinforce the brand proposition.
+ Direct teams to work with the local product and regional marketing support team to execute campaigns/activities that generate leads and create advocacy for Philips.
+ Lead the execution of business trade marketing requirements (POS and collateral) for both direct and indirect channels
+ Support the roll-out of any promotional campaigns as outlined in the activity plan
+ University level with Business/Commerce Degree Major in Marketing or technical degree with MBA and Postgrad in marketing
+ At least 3-5 years of business/marketing experience/product management /clinical marketing
+ Experience across multiple channels B2B, Wholesaler, In-store, Pharmacy, Retail, online and Hospital
+ Experience in managing a product portfolio that is sold across multiple channels
+ Experience managing multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization
+ Experience with technical products, medical devices, pharmaceuticals
+ Strong Commercial Acumen and experience in Sales in B2B or B2C environment
+ Strong communicator - good presentation skills
+ Cultivates cross-functional and cross-team collaboration and acts as a coordinator of ecosystems.
+ Action-Oriented and data-driven, Strategic Mindset with a holistic approach to decision making, clearly define decision-making process, use data-driven insights, and seek inputs from diverse and inclusive sets of stakeholders
