Overall Objective/Purpose
The purpose of a Consulting Sales Representative is to promote and sell Professional Services for Oracle CEGBU solutions. You will be required to undertake the full range of business development activities including; pipeline development, opportunity management and negotiation across a range of large accounts and work in a strategic fashion to do so at all levels of our customers’ organisations.
Responsibilities of Role
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets (solid career track record in sales).
Sold complex software solutions and implementation services (i.e. selling to multiple stakeholders and securing C-Level sponsorship from be customer on major deals)
Experienced in understanding customers Construction and Engineering use cases, and positioning and selling Enterprise Project Portfolio Management solutions to support these use cases
Expert in value selling methodologies
Prospecting and networking – able to use referrals and contacts to build networks, can engage prospects in discussion naturally; comfortable cold calling and can build rapport in any circumstance, proven track record in generating own leads and working with business / sales development teams
Main Duties
Software Consulting Sales (an emphasis on SaaS) with focus on value selling methodologies.
Identify and set goals and plans for securing new clients and delivering value from those already under management.
Work on and secure deals of all sizes.
Qualifications & Skills Requirement
Extensive and proven experience in sales especially within construction and engineering sector.
10-15 years working deals of all sizes.

**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**
Responsible for sales of Oracle consulting services.
Responsible for selling the Oracle consulting services. Develops new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment, or channel.
8-12 years of relevant field sales experience. Able to develop strong internal relationships. Able to network and develop strong business relationships with customers such that they turn to Oracle for their resource needs. Able to generate leads and submit proposals to the client utilizing a broad knowledge of Oracle service offerings. Able to generate consulting services and nurture and close the transaction. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization.
