What you’ll do
+ Ensure high-quality order to remittance process (Order Entry, technical order classification, and financial order classification. Order management, invoicing)
+ Support sourcing and replenishment activities for order fulfilment of Purchase to Stock materials
+ Collaborate with all internal and external customers (Marketing, Sales, Service, Supply chain etc.) to assure on time and high-quality order fulfilment.
+ Manage credit and returns, Customer formalities and coordinate shipments with forwarder
+ Work in compliance with the detailed quality system and report any anomalies
Who you are
+ Bachelor degree (or High School Diploma and a minimum of 3 years export operations experience, or order management of freight forwarder operations experience & Customer Service)
+ Ability to work optimally in a cross-functional, global team environment
+ Drives growth and innovation efficiency through influence and collaboration across functions.
+ 3 years of customer service, operational logistics, import/export and/or customs expertise, technical support in the healthcare industry.
+ Proven communication and analytical skills, including experience with communicating with others from different counties and cultures.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills
