The CRM Representative is responsible for managingSales Order Processingand ensures the smooth supply chain and inventory management and in compliance with the organization and local regulation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
+ Process timely customers’ orders on Printers, spare parts and consumables into SAP ERP system and provide orders acknowledgements that includes and not limited to items, quantities confirmation, delivery dates of each PO within one work day upon receipt of order.
+ Responsible in expediting orders, coordinate same day deliveries and provide shipment tracking information.
+ Follow up with third party logistics providers, couriers and customers and provide resolutions on late or incorrect deliveries.
+ Serves as the point of contact pertaining to the customers enquiries, feedback, claims including supporting documents as requested and follow up on the matters timely leading to positive customers experience
+ Prepare quotations for customers as required.
+ Collaborate with functional groups to meet and/or resolve customer requirements
+ Acquire and maintain Company product and service knowledge to satisfy customer needs.
+ Responsible in re-order point review in ensuring minimum stock levels are maintained at the optimal level
+ Issuance of purchase orders to the respective internal/ external suppliers
+ Coordination of the regular cycle count and stock take activities and reconcile the inventory in alignment with the company policies
+ Track incoming shipments and work with 3PL warehouse to complete goods receipt in the system
+ Responsible in inventory clean up and creates vendors, items creation in SAP
+ Perform all of the above in accordance with our Quality Assurance and safety management systems.
+ Participate in continuous improvement projects and other duties as assigned.
+ Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills
+ Knowledge and work experience within fast moving consumer goods and packaging industry
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills that result in a clear presentation and understanding of details and facts
+ Team player that easily adapts to change, overcomes challenges, and uses creative means to solve problems
+ Capable of handling multiple high pressure tasks and assignments simultaneously while staying focused and responsive to commitments and assignments
+ Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, accuracy and a commitment to quality and total customer satisfaction
Qualifications and Experience:
Diplomain business management or equivalentwithat least 3 years of customer service, supply chain managementexperience in an industrialenvironment with complex B2Binteractions. Goodknowledgeof ERP & CRM
