**The opportunity**



We are looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our Oceania Talent team to assist the Talent Development Team with the effective coordination and deployment of theChartered Accountant program and other Learning and Development courses and classes acrossOceania.



This role is offered on a 12-month contract and can be based in any of our office locations across Australia and New Zealand.



**Your key responsibilities**



+ Manage CA registrations across several locations within Oceania- Australia and NZ

+ Manage study support database and relationship with study support external providers

+ Respond to queries from candidates and other stakeholders

+ Distribute information and materials to candidates e.g. handbooks, module exemption letters

+ Support the National CA Coordinator e.g. in reporting

+ Manage program communications e.g. notification of module commencement/completions;

+ study support options, distribute results to leadership

+ Manage financial aspects of the program e.g. salary sacrifice repayments for repeats and

+ withdrawals, refund cheque processing, calculate repayment to firm on resignation

+ Support candidates in claiming study support

+ Manage reward and recognition for program participants e.g. vouchers and mementos for

+ merit recipients, in-house lunch or drinks on completion

+ Organise and supervise mock exams

+ Scheduling Learning and Development courses, classes and events as per the Learning

+ calendar

+ Coordination of all associated course and class logistics: room bookings, catering, calendar

+ entries, monitoring pre-work completion, participant communications, distributing program

+ materials, setting up classrooms on the day of learning etc

+ Sourcing and booking of internal and external venues across Oceania and associated

+ equipment and catering requirements



**Skills and attributes for success**



**To qualify for the role you must have**



+ Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet

+ Relevant administrative and customer/client service experience

+ Organisational and coordination skills

+ Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills

+ Strong project and time management skills

+ Effective oral and written communication

+ Ability to manage work and programs according to budgets



**Ideally, you’ll also have**



+ Ability to build, develop and positively influence client and provider relationships

+ Proactive approach to work

+ Flexible and adaptable to change
