As a Business Management Manager, you will be responsible for support the geography Director of Operations in managing the operating rhythm. To support the outcome of business performance improvement, there are several governance processes that occur and span the business on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. The business operations lead, will ensure that the processes occur in a timely matter.
You will also own a single area of improvement in the business and seek to drive business improvement.
In addition, the business operations process lead will advise on corporate policies as requested and take on geo wide projects from time to time.
The candidate will need to have a strong background and competence in operations. They will be able to develop strong working relationships across the geography.
Key Role Responsibilities:
Manage the monthly, quarterly and annual revenue forecasting process
Own performance improvement for one key area of the business
Maintain operational plans on behalf of the DoO, such as the BCP plan
Support the A2025 Transformation Hero
Manage geography wide operations or transformation projects as required
Implementation planning, change and training - new systems or major release updates
Design and develop Reporting / Dashboards as required
Manage quality management system
* Process effectiveness reviews
Resource and drive improvement projects
General business queries and escalations
Key Role Skill & Capability Requirements:
Understanding of the key business levers that drive business performance
Understanding of revenue forecasting, project types and the Avanade channels
Basic understanding of P&L construct
Ability to chair meetings and drive outcomes
Exceptional cross organisation communication skills
What you will bring:
You likely possess a Bachelors degree or have an equivalent combination of education and experience. You likely have about 5-7 years of experience in operations management and ideally posses 1 - 2 years of management experience.
