**Better requires process discipline and simplification**
As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting Product and sales team activities across the APAC region; the role will have a focus on the Education and Financial Institution sector and some support for other segments. The key activities will be to ensure our products and solutions are appropriately packaged, tested & rolled out to sales teams and customers inclusive of implementation activities such as client configuration, account customization and client training. You will also provide regional input into the development of new products and solutions by gaining in-depth knowledge of our entire ecosystem of products and associated platforms.
For this role, you will need 2+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the payment or financial institution sector. You will have good analytical, technical ,and problem-solving skills, with evidence of successful stakeholder management and solid presentation and communication credentials. Previous project management and product implementation experience is highly desirable.
