We’ll be looking for you to capture business requirements and communicate with banks to clarify file specifications. You will be responsible for developing bank files and establishing connectivity with banks. You will be performing testing and will be working with banks to troubleshoot possible issues. As part of this team, you configure and manage routing rules, using defined criteria to direct business activity to be processed at identified bank partners. Your responsibilities also include implementing and maintaining bank accounts in WUBS systems. You will be addressing Intellimatch requirements, and work with banks to establish the appropriate bank statement reporting and delivery method. This role will also require you to provide ongoing strategic analysis of existing bank partners and business requirements to maximize the effectiveness of the WUBS bank network. You will be identifying and driving operational improvements that enhance end-to-end business processes.
For such a detail-oriented role, you will come with 1-3 years’ experience in treasury, banking, or finance space preferably including implementation of payment and bank connectivity solutions, or other back-office bank operations functions. You will have a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related subject matter. To perform this role successfully you will come with not only working knowledge and experience with global payment processing but also o Experience implementing SWIFT and/or other connectivity solutions with external banking partners. You will have the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and deliver expected results. You will be capable of taking a strong leadership role in implementing policies and procedures to support organizational objectives and business success. A natural problem solver, you will have an established track record of applying your skills in a relevant environment.
