AUS-Melbourne Appian Developer Job at PayPal
+ Work with other Appian engineers to analyse business requirements and assist in translating those requirements into customised solutions using the Appian platform.
+ Implement Appian solutions that adhere to platform best practices and frameworks.
+ Develop and modularise individual components for reusability.
+ Responsible for coding and unit testing using Appian features based on the design provided by the Appian Senior Delivery Engineer.
+ Fix any defects and performance problems discovered in testing.
+ Document the application to facilitate maintenance.
+ Provide knowledge transfer and assist Ops team in supporting the delivered application.
+ Have knowledge in developing components such as complex and nested data store, SAIL interfaces, query rules and integrations.
+ Knowledge in developing different types of records and reports.
+ Minimum of 3-4 years of experience with Appian software development and designing
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related with 3-5 years of professional experience
+ Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
+ Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
+ Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
+ Possess the following certifications: Appian Designer
+ Must have an Appian A-Score of 2
+ Proven work experience in Appian 17+ Version
+ Knowledge of FitNesse and optionally Selenium, Cucumber, Java, and SQL
+ Knowledge in the use of Git and Jenkins for continuous integration.
+ Experience in agile/scrum development methodology using JIRA and Confluence
+ Specialisation in functional area (BPM, deployment, etc.) or industry domain expertise
+ Experience in process excellence/modelling, workflow, or flow charting
Salary range for this role: $90,000-$125000
