IBM Corporate Headquarters (CHQ) team represents a variety of functions such as marketing, finance, legal, operations, HR, and more, all working together to solve some of the worlds most complex problems, help our clients achieve success and build collaborative work environments for IBMers.
What will I be doing?
This role is responsible for the design, development and execution of our emerging talent acquisition service offering including the building of pipeline, assets and delivery resources. The main objective of this role is to build the strategy, in line with global offerings, for the A/NZ markets as well as feed into the larger APAC region. The role will translate client strategies into logical offerings, commercialisation of those offerings, building of a people pipeline of highly competent resources to deliver programs of work and assume quality assurance of all delivery within this solution area.
+ Creating a service offering for the A/NZ market in the Talent Acquisition space in line with global offerings.
+ Working collaboratively with SMEs across the globe to customise the Talent Acquisition Offerings (TAO) for the needs of the A/NZ market.
+ Maintain leading current insights to the technology and service solution offerings both within IBM as well as in the global marketplace to maintain market eminence in this field.
+ Creating offering materials and collateral for clients and internal colleagues as well as promoting those materials across the market.
+ Commercialising offerings and manage the revenue and costs to continually evolve these in line with market demand.
What skills will I need?
+ Creative thinker with talent acquisition skills and/or strong desire to develop these skills.
+ In-depth knowledge of recruitment trends in the market.
+ Proven working experience across various HR systems and recruitment applications.
+ Strong understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle of HR and the critical role recruitment plays in supporting business strategy execution.
+ Skill in analysing and transforming complex systems into a logical way forward to transform and optimise the recruitment and talent acquisition process.
+ Experience in user centric design, persona mapping, HCD, Design Thinking and Agile delivery is advantageous.
+ Exceptional writing skills and a commercial sense with the ability to storyboard.
+ Ability to coach others and a passion to help people succeed is essential.
