We are now looking for a high-energy & self-motivated Commercial Account Manager to join our Inside Sales team! The Commercial Account Manager is responsible for owning the customer relationship, understanding customer requirements & managing the daily activities within their assigned territory. This role will partner with their complete ecosystem to succeed: engaging inside & Field technical resources & co-selling with focus partners.
As Commercial Account Manager you will:
+ Lead & drive successful customer outcomes in the Commercial space
+ Close sales & achieve quota targets for assigned territory
+ Drive account prospecting & opportunity qualification
+ Build & nurture customer & channel relationships to generate & close deals
+ Expand business through new logo acquisition & collaboration with HPE Business Unit Specialists
+ Collaborate with resellers to drive best route to market for customers
+ Manage & maintain leads provided & follow up where required
+ Provide quote & pricing for partners/customers in a timely manner
+ Build & monitor Sales Pipeline to ensure continuous population & movement of near & long-term opportunities
+ Outbound activities to generate opportunities through Business Unit Programs & sales programs
+ 3 years + IT Inside Sales, Vendor Sales or Channel sales experience
+ Track record of working in a sales team environment closing revenue & successfully hitting quota goals
+ Knowledge of IT &/or industry solutions, products & services to solve business challenges
+ Knowledge of sales process including identifying requirements, quoting, & negotiating
+ Excellent verbal & written communication skills with the ability to engage & make an impact quickly with stakeholders at all levels
+ Highly energetic, perseverant & resilient, particularly around handling objections
+ Excellent organisation, prioritisation & time management skills
+ Proficient knowledge in a Customer Relationship Management system or Salesforce system
+ Ability to build relationships with customers & working with Channel Partners
+ Consistently demonstrates proactive activities within accounts to uncover new business and take ownership for new opportunities
