Hyatt Regency Brisbane opened 1 February 2021, in the iconic Queen Street Mall in Brisbane, and is home to 292 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets; Lennons Restaurant & Bar, The Pool Terrace & Bar, a stunning outdoor 20-metre infinity pool, and 100sqm of meeting room space in the Executive Studios.



We are currently recruiting for a **Part Time Guest Service Officer** to join our Front Office team.



**In this role, you will:**



+ Provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with the hotel’s policies in order to maximize guest satisfaction.

+ Be entirely flexible and be able to be rotated within the different sub departments of the Rooms division, or any other departments as assigned and as necessary

+ Ensure that the guests are offered the highest level of personalized service at all times and to report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests

+ Have the ability to balance your cash reports daily

+ Check and update the allocation of rooms for all guests and follow up on the special requirements requested by the guests



**You will have:**



+ A high standard of grooming and hygiene at all times

+ The ability to build & maintain a good rapport and working relationship with colleagues and all other departments

+ Previous experience with Fidelo/Opera is advantageous

+ Previous experience with Microsoft Office suite

+ Great communication skills - both written and verbal
