The Opportunity







The Audience & Insights Analyst will build data targeting strategies and audience segmentation to help connect J&J’s marketing activity to consumers in order to improve media ROI.



Reporting to the Consumer Experience Manager, we are looking for an analyst that can convert large volumes of data into business intelligence and strategies.



You will be expected to collaborate closely with the brand teams and the integrated agency partner, to develop and refine audience segmentations to feed into business planning, campaign planning and optimisation.







Key Responsibilities Include (not Limited To)





+ Analysis of data to provide insights to brand teams and the agency to feed into planning, implementation and optimisation



+ Build audience segments to improve ROI by working with the agency to test, measure and scale as needed



+ Upskill the brand teams on the value of data driven marketing



+ Support the implementation, measurement and optimsation of the ecommerce strategy



+ Engage in local market data partnerships and manage the implementation of these partnerships.



+ Work with measurement companies such as Nielsen and Quantium to ensure precision marketing activity tests have appropriate measurement solutions in place to understand performance and scale learnings



+ Serve as the local expert to maximise the business impact of key technology providers, managing the relationship with tech partners and global data analytics team.

In Addition To This We Are Seeking









+ Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required, preferred Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent



+ Minimum 2+ years in an area such as digital marketing or analyst role either in the programmatic space with a leading online advertising/consulting agency, network or marketing technology provider



+ Experience in analyzing data and translating into insights and strategies



+ Experience using data management platforms such as Turn, Krux, Lotame, etc



+ Basic SQL



+ Experience in marketing analytics and measurement
