A highly collaborative role, this position will work closely with the University’s external communications and branding specialists to ensure that internal messaging is aligned to the University’s brand and effectively promotes the University of the Future Program.The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment and will demonstrate the following key criteria: - Significant experience as a Communications Coordinator with a track record of successfully delivering project communications and in a collaborative and large-scale organisation or complex environment- Proven experience in developing, creating and upholding a communications plan - Demonstrated experience managing and maintaining mailboxes, ensuring the relevant stakeholders are informed to achieve a coordinated response of accurate and timely advice  - Proven track record of working within strict deadlines and tight turn-around times- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders- Working knowledge and experience of project management methodologies and practices will be highly regardedAll ECU staff also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry and Personal Excellence.Benefits & RemunerationThis full-time, fixed-term (4 year contract) position attracts remuneration of $82,658 - $89,180 plus 17% University superannuation contribution.ECU supports a work/life balance for staff.
