About the Role
The NBMLHD Supportive and Palliative Care Specialist Service is committed to ensuring that people with life limiting illness and their families and carers have access to a high quality care that is responsive, flexible and co-ordinated.
This project will be led by a suitable Project Manager who will use appropriate project management methodology to assist in improving the co-ordination of the Supportive and Palliative Care Service across the local health district.
The Project Manager will engage with key stakeholders to develop guidelines and policies required to implement initiatives and achieve project targets within budgets, deadlines and quality parameters.
