Program Illuminate within PVC Learning & Teaching is currently seeking a suitably qualified Senior Business Support Analyst with experience leading systems activities for large projects.
Reporting to the Project Manager you will lead analysis and support for the micro-credential environment at Macquarie University. The environment includes IT platforms (internal and external), ecommerce, learning management and digital recognition systems and governance.
About YouExtensive experience in a similar position will be essential to your success in this role. You will have strong knowledge of analysis methodologies and will be experienced in collaborating with various stakeholders to determine project needs.

The Micro-credential team is responsible for working with Faculties and Department to identify and develop micro-credential related requirements and matching IT solutions; coordinating business change programs, and ensure training and development opportunities are provided to stakeholders to maximise IT systems to support research, learning and teaching activities.

Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent business experience.
Knowledge of learning and teaching in higher education.
Experience troubleshooting issues across multiple systems and driving to solution.
Substantial knowledge of analysis methodologies.
Demonstrated experience in managing priorities and working to deadlines.
Demonstrated experience providing technical solutions to non technical users.
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and facilitation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
