Casual Placement Support Officer

We are seeking a Placement Support Officer on a casual basis to work as part of our Clinical Placement team supporting the Doctor of Physiotherapy and Doctor of Medicine courses. You will be responsible for liaising with Unit Convenors, Supervisors, and a number of Health facilities to organise, confirm, assign and monitor clinical placements. You will also work alongside the Faculty student services team to provide a high-quality student experience.
You are a customer service champion and have experience working with health professionals. With advanced administrative skills and high attention to detail you have the ability to be agile and adapt to changing environments. You have exceptional verbal and written communication along with strong time management skills which will greatly assist you in this role. Ideally you will have experience in student placements or rostering in a health environment.

Demonstrated administrative and time management skills
Demonstrated experience working with student placements, volunteer program management or a role that requires scheduling a large number of people.
Proven success building relationships and working with a range of stakeholders
Proven experience working with student management systems, client management systems, or similar
Experience working in a clinical or health related environment (desirable)
