Salary Package: From $105,298 to $117,167 (HEW Level 8), plus 13.25 % employer’s superannuation contribution and annual leave loading

Location: Macquarie University, North Ryde
This critical role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective running of the Project Management Office (PMO) by providing analytical, planning and governance expertise, methodology upkeep and project management support. You will work in close collaboration with the Project Teams, and deliver accurate, timely and transparent resource and financial information and reports to inform senior leadership and business stakeholders.
You have extensive experience in delivering the activities of the PMO with tracking, analysing, and reporting on performance, ensuring projects are within budget, and appropriate resources are allocated for successful project delivery.
You will have knowledge of project management tools and techniques, proficient with MS Office Suite and reporting tools, and have PRINCE2 Foundation, CAPM or RegPM (CPPP) certifications.
You will be dynamic, enthusiastic and ready to hit the ground running in a busy and collaborative team delivering IT transformations to the University.

Tertiary qualification or diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems or a combination of relevant experience and training.
Extensive experience as a PMO Analyst in a complex PMO environment with more than $20 million portfolio capex.
Experience in contemporary Project Management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, PMBOK.
Proficient with Microsoft Project Online, Project Server, MS SharePoint, MS Project Professional or MS Visio.
Data analysis and report preparation using Microsoft reporting tools.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with experience in monitoring and analysing project financials and budgets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
