Due to our recent growth and continued success, Raytheon Australia now has a requirement for a Logistics Engineer to join our team in our Henderson WA office.
The Logistics Engineer will use the Raytheon Australia corporate processes and expertise to provide reliability, maintainability, supportability, obsolescence and sparing analysis for projects specific to the WA Site.
The Logistics Engineer will be responsible for the following specific functions:

Collect, monitor and analyse operational, failure, repair, configuration and inventory data collected from platforms and land based sites
Calculate and monitor reliability, availability, maintainability and supportability as directed
Conduct obsolescence analysis on hardware as directed and make recommendations to management based on this analysis
Calculate supportability and spares requirements to sustain integration, testing and service life.
Undertake adhoc Life Cycle Costing (LCC), Reliability Block Diagram (RBD) and Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) tasks as required,
Ensure that the Logistics Engineering Databases are up to date
Mentor and train other employees as required
To be successful in obtaining this position, candidates must have:

Bachelor Degree in Engineering
At least 3-5 years experience in Engineering
Good written and verbal communication skills
A passion for Reliability Engineering
Modelling and simulation experience
Successful applicants will be assessed on their organisational suitability to work in a security environment. Security clearance may be required.
