To lead the team to success we are currently seeking an experienced Team Leader to join the team. You will have excellent communication skills, strong time management & prioritisation skills; all while delivering a vital service to our customers with pride, passion and personality. You"ll be an influential leader with an innate ability to inspire a team and a passion in providing our customers with a fantastic shopping experience that is fast, friendly & efficient..
Professionally presented, reliable and able to self-manage your own tasks and workload, coupled with a professional approach whereby the ability to work with multiple stakeholders is essential for the success of this role. To be considered for the role, you will need to hold a valid drivers license; knowledge and/or experience of the cleaning industry and/or supermarkets is preferred.
These positions involve physical work so you must be safely able to complete tasks including pushing and pulling floor cleaning equipment and machinery, as well as pushing trolleys from the car park into the store. You will need to be comfortably able to bend, crouch and reach to clean fixtures and shelving including below knee height and above shoulder height. You will need to be on your feet for several hours at a time and be capable of some independent lifting (up to a maximum of 16kgs). You must also be able to safely work with cleaning products.
