As a quality assurance advisor...
You will report to the Quality Assurance Manager your focus will be measuring and analysing the Personal Injury Claims Department"s performance against annual Financial and Quality Assurance Technical targets . Some other areas of accountability will be to:
Measure and analyse the Personal Injury Claims Departments compliance with all statutory and legislative requirements
Provide timely and accurate statutory reporting to the Motor Accidents Authority
Monitor adherence to Claims Handling Guidelines and provide suggested improvements on an ongoing basis
Responsible for updating and maintenance of the complaints database as it relates to Personal Injury Claims.
Capture/collate data regarding performance as it relates to our panel lawyers firms and provide feedback to Claims Managers and Team Leaders
Capture/collate/monitor the performance of panel medico legal doctor"s and provide feedback as require.
Responsible for management of the CTP Claims Medical Panel
Capture/collate date regarding performance as it relates to our panel investigator firms and provide feedback to Claims Managers and Team Leaders
What it takes
As the successful applicant you will have experience in a quality assurance environment with strong attention to detail and high numeracy skills. You will also have strong technical claims knowledge and thorough understanding of relevant legislation affecting personal injury claims.
