We are currently looking for a skilled HR consultant to join our team on contract for a 14 month period.
With the support of the wider HR team and the Senior HR Business Partner, you will have responsibility for delivery of consulting advice to our Life and Investments business. The role is offered as a 14 month contract and will focus on the implementation and use of organisation-wide initiatives, procedures and programs. More specifically, you will:
identify needs and drive solutions in key business matters; eg leadership development, succession planning and talent management
be accountable for providing sound commercial advice, support and coaching in the implementation and use of HR policies and procedures including remuneration practices
support the business in the implementation of projects eg facilitate employee engagement survey response analysis and action planning
build and maintain effective relationships and channels of communication, both within and outside the business
manage employee relations matters for your designated client groups
comply with all regulatory, industry and organisational standards, systems and processes.
The successful applicant will have:
strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage competing business priorities
a solid track record of successful performance in a generalist HR role
strong relationship building skills, facilitation and negotiation skills
a consultative style with superior coaching and communication skills
a demonstrated ability to build effective stakeholder relationships
qualifications in HR, behavioural sciences or organisational development.
