The position
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our national claims team based in Melbourne. Working for Australia"s largest marine insurer you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of marine claims from lodgement through to settlement. You will partner with our intermediaries and service providers to meet and exceed our service standards and deliver to our customers when it matters most. Requirements
Previous experience in claims is essential. Marine claims experience would be a distinct advantage however if you have experience in another line of insurance we are more than happy to provide structured development to provide you with the product skills and knowledge to perform in this role. If you are driven and motivated to take the next step in then we want to hear from you. You will be organised with excellent attention to detail, a team player with strong communication skills and be focussed the customer experience.
