We are currently looking for a skilled individual to play a key role in Zurich"s award winning Corporate Governance team.
Role
This role is responsible for the management of Zurich"s risk activities and the promotion of risk "awareness" across the organisation. Responsibilities include:
establishing effective methodologies for both enterprise and operational risk analysis, management and reporting
promoting a culture that embeds risk management as fundamental to how business is conducted
providing direct input into risk-based decision making within Australia
leading a professional, effective and motivated team
working collaboratively with all other parts of the governance and quality assurance functions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
extensive risk management experience and success in a similar role
strong business management background
working knowledge of financial services legislation
excellent interpersonal skills coupled with a highly diplomatic communication style
proven project management and change management skills
ideally tertiary qualifications in related field.
