ROLE
Joining our close knit Credit Card claims team based in Sydney, you will be providing administrative support to the team, whilst learning the process of insurance claims. Your responsibilities will include:


Registering new claims and accurately collecting data

Administrative support

Answering incoming customer enquiries

Collecting and distributing incoming mail

File management and archiving
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for a reliable and highly organised individual who demonstrates a high level of initiative in an administration environment. Someone who has a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills will be suited to this role. Fast and accurate keyboard skills are essential. If a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are among your strengths, we"d love to hear from you. An attractive salary with bonus structure is on offer.
