ROLE
In this key role your primary objective will be to assist the State Manager QLD the Leadership Team in QLD to achieve their business objectives by providing superior support across Administration, relationship management, delegation and co-ordination. You will also manage the shared services team in QLD ( Reception and Processing)
Your responsibilities will include:
Proactive diary management
Co-ordinate appointments and travel
Co-ordinate team meetings, agenda & minutes
Event management
Provide administrative support
Monitor and reconcile monthly expenses
Powerpoint presentations
REQUIREMENTS
As the successful applicant you will be detail focused with proven PA experience in a corporate environment. This is a dynamic, hands-on role so you will be keen to have true involvement in the team. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task are essential. Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Powerpoint and Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel are essential. Experience with Lotus Notes and SAP are desirable.
You will working in a team of highly motivated individuals who are committed to achieving business objectives and providing superior customer service.
