About the role
The Health Services Group (HSG) is a collaboration between WorkSafe Victoria and the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) that provides health policy and strategic support to both organisations. The primary role of HSG is to improve the health and return to work outcomes for TAC clients and injured workers.
 
You"ll coordinate the development and implementation of health related projects across TAC and Worksafe. You"ll form part of a dynamic and innovative team that designs strategic solutions to emerging issues across a wide range of health areas. You will lead project planning, project implementation, project evaluation, chair working groups, write high level reports and develop and implement policies across TAC and WorkSafe.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in program development and project management including a successful record of leading complex projects from inception to completion in health, compensation or a related field. You will also have demonstrated experience in research, strategic analysis and evaluation of health initiatives.
You will have highly developed interpersonal, negotiation, influencing, presentation and written and oral communication skills as well as excellent prioritisation, planning and organisational skills. Great attention to detail and the capacity to deal effectively with a diverse range of tasks and to work to tight deadlines will be an advantage in this role.
