About the role
The Service Delivery branch has a results driven focus and plays an important role in the delivery of a high-level service to our clients who have been involved in transport accidents. This unique and challenging role will see you dealing with a variety of inbound interactions from clients, their families and providers. This role also will see you undertake the processing of provider accounts.
Client satisfaction is a key performance indicator for these roles. Our business is committed to understanding and responding to our client"s expectations and needs in an empathic and efficient manner. 
A successful Client Service Officer candidate will have:

Experience in a customer service role
Effective communication skills
Demonstrated ability to deal with people in an empathic and  efficient manner Problem solving skills
Aptitude to work successfully within a high volume contact centre environment
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
Computer competency.
Typing speed of 30 words per minute.
