Circa $100-110,000 + super + bonus (as a guide)

As the Online Merchandising Executive you are responsible for a specific set of sales figures generated on our Optus.com.au website. To do this you will need to be a true "eCommerce Manager" think using a range of "hats" including price, proposition, website operations and marketing whilst always having the end customer at front of mind.
To do this you will need to be able to work with people from other teams, engage them and ensure that your plans are executed, from there you will check on the success of your offering and tweak as necessary to ensure sales are being made.
To be successful in this role you are firstly sales and stats driven. Your CV is a tribute (usually in percentage terms) to the growth that you"ve achieved in the online sales/eCommerce space. You are able to think in both Marketing and Website Operational terms and have the interpersonal skills to bring people around to your point of view if changes need to happy and to present your results in the weekly sales meetings.
