 As the Credit Management Executive, Collections you will be responsible for the timely collection of overdue accounts and for ensuring that accounts are collected in accordance with established guidelines and agreed terms resulting in improved cash flow and reduced bad debt write-offs. This will include involvement in the proactive resolution of customer issues and disputes.
Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Collection of outstanding accounts in accordance with company policy
Communicate with clients to negotiate payment arrangements on outstanding balances on escalated matters
Ensure actions taken to recover overdue amounts are clearly noted on all customer accounts. This includes the requirement to audit the standard of notes recorded.
Review overdue accounts on a daily basis to ensure accounts are trading within the agreed trading terms.
Ensure corrective action is taken on overdue accounts in line with company policy & procedures.
We are looking for a highly motived, energetic and enthusiastic individual with a can-do attitude to contribute to the success of the team. In addition, you will need to be able to demonstrate:

Previous experience in a similar Credit Management/Collections role, ideally from a like sized organisation
Knowledge of the Telecommunications industry or experience within credit departments of like sized organisations
Ability to demonstrate a high level of creativity and compassion to achieve a high level of service standard, in both Customer Service and the Collection of overdue accounts.
Superior interpersonal and communication skills
