As part of the Regulatory Compliance team; the Risk Advisor will be responsible for providing ongoing support for the development, implementation and co-ordination of the Risk Management Systems.
In addition to supporting the Regulatory Compliance Manager, you will be required to provide advice and guidance to the business on identification and management of risk to individual business unit, and project activities. This position has strong links with the assurance and compliance functions and will also be involved in tracking risk treatment actions, monitoring the business"s risk management status and preparing relevant reports.
Your responsibilities include the following:-
Support the establishment, implementation and ongoing coordination and maintenance of the CSG Risk Management Framework;
Facilitate a range of risk management activities across the business, including the assurance of risk controls and tracking of risk action plans;
Communicate risk management requirements to relevant business groups and project personnel and assist in training and developing staff on risk;
Assist in and coordinate the development risk management procedures, risk registers and other documentation for the CSG business;
Monitor trends and changes in risk management requirements and related technical standards, and communicate this information to relevant personnel;
Maintain internal connections with risk management personnel from other Origin and corporate risk divisions for sharing and maintenance of information and compliance management systems; and
Participate in the development and compilation of risk management document submissions, action plans and board reports.
As an experienced professional you will hold a relevant qualification in Business, Commerce or Risk - demonstrate a working knowledge of AS/NZS ISO 31000:2009 and be familiar with compliance and audit/assurance activities.
Highly organised you are able to undertake a variety of complex tasks simultaneously with a minimum of supervision. Exceptional communication ability is also considered one of your strengths.
