The Role:
An opportunity has become available for an Accounts Payable Officer within our Finance team based in Perth. The Accounts Payable Officer closely liaises with internal and external customers and covers all aspects of the accounts payable function from invoice matching and cheque preparation to credit card payments, foreign currency cash advances and creditors reconciliations.
This role will suit an accounts payable professional who can demonstrate the following:
Previous experience in a pure Accounts Payable position (minimum 3 years preferred)
A track record in exceptional customer service
Working knowledge of Oracle EBS is essential
Proven track record of accurately processing high volume of invoices and dealing with foreign currencies
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
You must be a self driven team player to succeed in this role! It is a specialised within a small team and is not a "stepping stone" but a true career in accounts payable.
The Package:
This permanent position is full time, Mon-Fri based in Perth. Our offices on Mounts Bay Road, a stone throw away from trendy cafes and King Street boutiques. Our competitive salary packages include 12% superannuation, medical allowance, salary continuance insurance and monthly production bonuses.
