The Role: 
We are currently seeking an individual with extensive process plant maintenance experience to coordinate one of our area mechanical maintenance teams at Murrin Murrin in the role of Superintendent - Maintenance. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, this senior role will see you ultimately responsible for over 30 staff across 4 shift crews who perform planned mechanical maintenance, reactive breakdown maintenance and shutdown work throughout our highly complex Nickel and Cobalt processing plant.
Our Murrin Murrin Operations will provide you with experience that can only be developed through working at the most complex hydrometallurgical and process plant in Australia. You will be responsible for coordinating the maintenance of a vast array of equipment, including:
-  Materials Handling and Ore Preparation
-  Piping materials from A105 to Zecor, plenty of Titanium and some Tantalum.
-  Pumps: Centrifugal, Turbine, Axial, Positive Displace
-  Mechanical seals
-  Vibration screens
-  Blowers, Compressors, Vacuum Pumps
-  Tanks, Pressure Vessels, Flash Vessels 
-  CCDs, Thickeners and Clarifiers
-  High Pressure Acid Leach, Heap Leach and Oxygen Leach technology
-  Reduction Autoclaves
You:
This role is critical to our operations, therefore we require an individual who possesses both technical competence and strong people management skills.
Please consider the following minimum requirements:
-  Significant previous experience in a senior Mechanical Maintenance role, ideally within a continuously-operating process plant environment
-  Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications in a mechanical discipline (eg. Mechanical Fitting or Engineering)
-  Sound knowledge of computerised mechanical maintenance management systems (eg. Oracle, Ellipse, SAP)
-  Well-developed verbal and written communication skills with specific strengths in report writing, people management and dispute resolution
The Lifestyle:
This permanent position is available on an 8 days on/6 day off roster, FIFO from Perth.
