Minara Resources is wholly owned by Glencore International and operates the Murrin Murrin Nickel Cobalt mining and refining project in the Goldfields region of Western Australia. Minara employs approximately 1,000 employees and contractors at its Murrin Murrin Operations, making it one of the largest single site employers in Western Australia.
The Role:
An opportunity has recentlybecome available for an independent, self motivated Stores Officer to join our Warehouse team on our Murrin Murrin site in the northern Goldfields. In this role you will be responsible for efficient and timely processing of requisitions, receipts, issues and deliveries. You will also undertake cyclic stock taking, quality insurance inspection and receipt and storage & delivery of hazardous/dangerous goods in accordance with Minara"s safety practices and statutory regulations.
We are seeking someone who can demonstrate experience in a similar role who can hit the ground running. The following skills and qualifications are essential:
- Significant warehousing experience within a mining or heavy industry environment
- Proven experience using Warehouse Management Software (Ideally Oracle or Ellipse)
- High Risk Work Licence with LF (Forklift) endorsement
- Current C-class Driver"s Licence (minimum)
- Good verbal and written communication skills

This permanent position is available on an 8:6 roster, FIFO from Perth.
