Leighton Contractors is offering secure and attractive careers for a suitably qualified Lift Operations Supervisor / Lift Operations Engineer to support our operations on Barrow Island (FIFO).
Reporting to the Crane Superintendent, the position will drive and assist with the planning of safe systems of work and oversee the execution of various lifting operations.
Key deliverables will be the planning and production of heavy lift documentation; liaising with project managers, construction managers and engineers to ensure requirements are understood and met; and supervising lift operations to ensure all lifts are performed in accordance with the approved plans and procedures.
It is envisioned that successful candidates will have experience with large capacity crawler cranes and have accredited appointed person qualifications or equivalent.
