The Role:
A role has become available within our Central Works team for a Boilermaker/ Pipefitter. In this role you will be working an 8/6 roster, rotating with your crew between swings of day and night shift and reporting to a Central Works Maintenance Supervisor.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Performing pipe fitting/boiler making for the process plant as directed.
• Coordinating planned pipe fitting/boilermaking schedules.
• Completion of preventative maintenance tasks.
• Assisting in the completion of breakdown and shutdown maintenance.
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:
• Previous experience with preventative maintenance management systems (essential).
• Computer literacy
• Team member with the ability to work un-supervised for extended periods.
• Good understanding of all types of welding functions including stainless steel and exotics.
• Good attitude to personal safety.
• Good communication skills to facilitate accurate transfer of information.
• An understanding of Workplace Health and Safety and Environmental procedures
• Previous experience working shift work (desirable)
• WA "A" Class drivers licence required.

This permanent position is available on a 8:6 roster, FIFO from Perth.
