Minara Resources is WA"s second largest Nickel producer and one of the top ten in the world. Our Murrin Murrin Operation has a 20yr+ mine life.  We are an owner-operated multi-pit operation spread over 200 square kms.
The Role
An diverse, hands-on role has become available for an experienced Geologist at our Murrin Murrin operations. Your role will encompass daily production duties including in-pit mapping, blockouts, grade control, end of month and reconciliation whilst on a rotational basis you will also work on development and resource drilling involving designing drill holes, logging and basic QAQC of results from our on-site lab as well as off site providers..
To be a considered for this fantastic opportunity it is important that you can display the following skills and attributes:

2-5yrs Geology experience in industry
Experience in an open pit mining environment
Experience with RC drilling
Exposure to Vulcan and Acquire would be preferential
Desire to work in a production focused role
The Lifestyle: 
This position is available on an 8:6 roster, FIFO from Perth. We fly to site on jets making it a short and comfortable flight and our village is well equipped to keep you entertained - with a gym, tennis courts, basketball courts, cricket nets, swimming pool, tavern and foxtel.  All our rooms have ensuites and our chefs will ensure you are well fed.
