Within our Resource business, our expertise focuses on large scale SMP infrastructure projects in remote locations for key industry clients throughout Western Australia. We have an immediate requirement for an experienced Site Administrator seeking that next step in their career.
You will be responsible for:
Generalist administrative duties including booking of flights, assistance with payroll, project mobilization and organizing accommodation
Creating and maintaining training matrix"s and booking training accordingly
Typing and preparation of documents
Setup and allocation of work stations, security passes and minute taking
Assisting project teams as required
Key skills and attributes
Ideally possessing experience in an administrative capacity within the construction industry, you will have:
A can do attitude with excellent time management skill
Advanced word processing and Microsoft Office skills
Developed communication and interpersonal skills with a flexible mind set
