Based in Burwood East - Contact Centre
The person: Are you the type of person who is self motivated and loves a challenge? Are you able to multi-task and juggle a few things at once? Well do we have the role for you! We are currently looking for a Team Support Specialist who is full of energy with a strong focus on providing ongoing assistance to all contact centre team members within our Business Division.
The job: It is the responsibility of the Team Support Specialist to provide ongoing training and coaching to the Client Relations team to ensure acquisition sales targets are achieved and client satisfaction levels are met. You will work closely with the Team Leader to help build a strong sales culture and act as the first point of contact for all team member enquiries.

The skills and experience required: To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate:
A minimum of 1 year experience within a sales focused contact centre environment
Ability to work autonomously and in a team
Proven ability to solve problems, achieve client satisfaction and sales results (ideally within acquisition sales)
Excellent communication skills
A positive and outgoing attitude
Experience in providing constructive feedback & coaching
