The job:
Do you love your work? At MYOB we do. We currently have a highly sought after Human Resources senior role available and if you love what you do and are great at it, then we want to hear from you.
We are looking for a highly motivated Human Resources Consultant with a common sense approach to people matters. You will work closely with the largest division in our business to understand their challenges and opportunities and help align people matters to achieve business goals. This is an excellent opportunity for you to apply your HR knowledge in a business partnership role.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will provide contemporary HR solutions displaying strong business acumen. You will be responsible for a client group of approximately 200 team members, providing responsive and timely coaching on all general HR activities, including (but not limited to) employment relations, performance management, recruitment and employee development.
This role requires a motivated individual with extensive HR knowledge who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We want someone who can think on their feet and loves to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders at any given time. Solid experience in change management activities will be highly regarded.
The skills and experience required:
If you have the following attributes, we would love to hear from you:
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
Proven experience in a senior HR Consultant role
Demonstrable success providing HR business partnership within a complicated client group.
Experience implementing and delivering on key HR projects and programmes
Experience in dealing with all aspects of employee relations including disciplinary and grievance procedures
Highly service oriented with a focus on finding a suitable outcome for all parties
Acts calmly and seeks compromise in conflict situations whilst actively listening to others
Effectively builds rapport and makes others feel comfortable, speaks up and shares ideas with others.
Is self-disciplined and determined to make things happen and deliver results
