Minara Resources Ltd has grown to become one of the world"s major Nickel and Cobalt producers. Our site, Murrin Murrin is a lateritic Nickel, open pit operation, mining out of several pits at once and moving approximately 1M BCM per month.
The Role:
We are currently seeking Mobile Plant Operators who are experienced in Dozer, Dump Truck and Excavator Operations. To be successful in the role you will be team orientated, in addition to having strong technical capabilities and a stable work history.
Our teams work across three shifts on a 2:1 roster, FIFO from Perth. You will join a small 26 man team and report to the Production Supervisor. The mine consists of multiple open pits and various types of equipment, meaning that this role offers you variety in terrain and location.
Ideally we are seeking experienced Operators who offer flexible skills to work across all of our equipment. The following experience is essential:
Experience in a mining production environment
Proven track record of safe operating practices
Experience in 200 Tonne Diggers, in particular Hitachi 1900 or similar
Experience in Dozers, D10 or similar
