The opportunity: In this role you will be responsible for driving awareness, take up and utilisation of a Community Support Forum. You will work closely with our online marketing, direct marketing and support teams to formulate customer acquisition and retention strategies to drive clients to the forum for product related service and support queries. You will also be responsible for establishing strategic goals for the community forum to maximise client usage and unique visitor growth. In addition, you will regularly monitor and report on activity on the site and develop tactical plans to promote unique visitor growth and page views. The experience required: To be considered for this role you will need a strong work ethic and business acumen with SME business understanding. You will ideally have a background in business with a focus on digital marketing and possess: Experience managing and driving online based communities Knowledge of the web, forums and SEM/SEO fundamentals Proficiency with MS Office applications, Urchin and Google Analytics Familiarity with Social Media and Community Tools. E.g. Lithium Skills required: The ideal candidate will have a range of skills including: Proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation Proven ability to operate autonomously and be self-motivated to meet agreed targets Familiarity with current web standards for useability and accessibility, and relevant legislation (eg. spam, privacy legislation) Ability to engage with and influence senior marketers and managers Good project, task and time-management skills with the ability to complete tasks on time and to requirements, and handle multiple projects at once Applications close 5pm, Friday 20 January 2012.
