You will be required to:
Increase client satisfaction by providing market leading customer service and technical support
Maximise contact centre revenue and leads by providing qualified sales advice
Participate in training and personal development programs to maintain and continually improve the quality of service provided
Promote a culture that facilitates teamwork and embraces MYOB values
This role offers variety and continuous learning opportunities. The wide range of product and service offerings will also present many opportunities to cross and up sell within your small business solution focus.
To succeed in this position you will have:
Proven customer service skills, ideally within a business, IT or accounting environment
Needs analysis & solution selling skills, to identify opportunities and promote the best products and services MYOB offers
Negotiation & sales closure skills
Ability to communicate well, record decisions and take follow-up action

The environment:
MYOB has a modern 200+ seat contact centre located in Burwood East, so it is a busy, faced paced environment. At MYOB we like to take our jobs seriously but not ourselves so we provide a great service to our clients but enjoy ourselves while we do it.
