The job:
Do you love your work? At MYOB we do. We currently have a highly sought after sales role available and if you love what you do and are great at it, then we want to hear from you.
We are looking for a highly motivated and process driven Client Manager with a passion for managing relationships and delivering high quality service. This is an excellent opportunity to play a prominent role in a large, cross functional team that is fundamental to the success of MYOB.
Reporting to the Territory Manager (Vic, SA, WA), you will be responsible for achieving sales budgets and growing maintenance revenue of all MYOB products and services within our Accountants division.
You will also be responsible for proactive relationship management within your nominated territory to not only maximise sales opportunities but also initiate action plans to solve any issues of client dissatisfaction.
This role requires a self motivated individual who thrives in a challenging environment. We want someone who can think on their feet and loves to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders at any given time.
The skills and experience required:
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
Demonstrated experience in solution selling
Proven business development and client relationship management experience with accounting firms (desirable)
A strong track record of consistent sales budget achievement
Well developed client management and relationship building skills
Flexible attitude and adaptability towards changes in work demands, people and situations
An understanding of accounting practices, the software used and their relationships with their SME clients would be an advantage
