Our Murrin Murrin operation is a world class hydro metallurgical project with a multi-pit mine operation. We are one of the largest single site employers in WA with over 1000 staff and contractors and a mine life of 30+ years.
Expressions Of Interest
We are seeking expressions of interest from appropriately experienced Process Operators who wish to be part of our Production team (Ore Leach and Refinery) in the future. At the time of submitting your CV there may not be open vacancies in this area, however, when a vacany does arise if your skills and experience match our selection criteria, we will be in touch.
We are always on the look out for those with Ore Preparation, a CCD circiout, High Pressure Acid Leaching (HPAL) as well as tails dams management, crushing, milling, grinding and screening for our Ore Leach area.
In the Refinery, we look for experience in monitoring, sampling and recording process information; correcting process faults and difficulties within a continuous metallurgical operating plant and a strong working knowledge of mechanical and chemical processes and their potential hazards.
Safety is important to us, so a clean safety record and demonstrated positive safety attitude and behaviour in your safety track record is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with a positive team outlook will be a definite advantage.

Our Process Operators are on 2/2 rosters working one week of night shift and one week of day shift. We fly to site with Cobham by jet, making the flight a short comfortable trip. Once on-site you will experience a friendly "village" feel at our comfortable camp site. All our rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, Foxtel and en suites. The village is fully equipped with a refurbished gym, tennis courts, swimming pool, cricket pitch, beach volley ball area, shop and tavern with regular social and sporting activities. Our on site activities coordinator keeps our team fit and active and our chefs ensure you never go hungry.
We offer a generous remuneration package including base, site allowance, medical allowance, monthly bonus incentive, study support, salary continuance insurance and 12% super.
