Following recent successes in this exciting industry sector, our forecast and business plan is for continuous strong growth, requiring experienced construction professionals to make this plan a reality.
As such, we are looking for a Construction Manager to support an ongoing resource related construction project. With a focus on mine infrastructure, you will have exposure to both bulk earthworks and structures with the ability to manage people effectively and the technical knowhow to deliver effective construction solutions.
Key responsibilities include:

Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and environmental issues
Meeting critical path deadlines and management of project execution
Determining scope, required resources and deliverables
This is a fantastic opportunity within one of Australia"s most unique environments with a varied and exciting scope of work. You will be backed by some of the country"s most experienced construction professionals in a well organized supportive team environment. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be provided with structured training and development and be responsible for your team with a number of direct reports.
In addition, you will ideally possess:
Management experience on projects $50M+
A well developed understanding of bulk earthworks
Proactive attitude with the ability to work with a wide range of people
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
