The succesful applicant will need to be an experienced and enthusiastic school office secretary who meets the following criteria:
 
* a knowledge of and commitment to the Mission of the Catholic School.
 
* a high standard of competency and proficiency as a school secretary.
 
* Training and experience in working with the SAS Administration programs and procedures as used in Sydney CEO schools.
 
* Ability to work efficiently in a team situation and support executive staff members.
 
* Ability to multi-task and be responsive to the needs of the school office environment.
 
* Ability to maintain confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information.
 
* Demonstrated ability to be self motivated.
 
* Ability to offer a warm welcoming manner to those seeking contact with the school through the office communications systems.
 
* A good sense of humour.
